All prices listed on our website are final and non-negotiable. However, corporate customers may be eligible for special rates, subject to quantity purchases. We also reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Promotions, discounts, and free gifts are valid only for payments made through approved methods.

Orders will be processed within two working days once payment is made. For pre-orders, items will be held for 90 days from the date of purchase. Failure to collect within the date will result in forfeiture, and deposits will not be refundable. Our sales team may advise customers, but the final responsibility for item selection rests with the customer.

We accept multiple payment methods, including online transfer, debit cards, credit cards (one-time swipe), AMEX charge cards, and e-wallets such as GrabPay (excluding GrabPay Later), Boost, and Touch ’n Go. Payments for sale or promotional items must be made immediately after placing the order.

We aim to deliver goods on the agreed date. If delays occur, you will be notified, and an alternative date will be arranged. Deliveries require the customer (or representative) to be present to sign for receipt. Free shipping applies to all products within Malaysia only.

All Aimirrao products come with a one-year warranty starting from the purchase date, subject to terms and conditions. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, and Aimirrao will cover the cost of sending the repaired/replacement device back to customers within Malaysia.

Warranty will be void under the following conditions:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, rough handling, or accidents

• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, cracks, etc.)

• Improper packing during return shipment

• Natural disasters (flood, fire, lightning, etc.)

• Use of incorrect power current or unauthorized repairs
